What’s a consultation, and how do you get one?

CIEL staff are available to answer questions and act as sounding boards for your ideas. If you have a question about how to use a specific technology, are considering a new approach to teaching in one of your courses, or have run into an issue you’re not sure how to handle, our teaching and technology specialists will set up time to discuss the topic you are interested in. Depending on the question, you’ll meet with either a technology specialist or a teaching specialist, or sometimes both! Often, technology questions and pedagogy are intertwined—in those cases you may meet with two CIEL staff to ensure your questions are answered.
