My full name is Lam Hoang Le, now live in Nanaimo city on Vancouver Island. I’m from Vietnam, a beautiful country with a lot of good food. Currently, I’m taking the Culinary Management Diploma at VIU because of my passion for the F&B field and the Hospitality industry. Before that, I used to work in the industry for around 6 years as a waiter and bartender. I love my job, but I want to explore more and the kitchen is my choice.
Owning a restaurant is my dream, but starting with a food truck is not a bad idea.

That is my cooking philosophy. I only want to serve what I think the best for my customers. This philosophy also pushes me that I must keep going to improve my knowledge, learn new things, create more recipes, and hone my skill set so that I will be a better version of myself every day.
