At the Table: Potluck Presentations<\/h2>\n

For this class, students will bring a food or example[s] of a cuisine or festivity, which they have researched the “where, what, why, who, and how.” This information will be shared with the class as a 4-5 minute presentation. The amount of food prepared is strictly to sample (a taste). There is no expectation that the class will fill its belly.<\/p>\n
