If we acknowledge a certain aesthetic, how does it differ from area to area? Among the many categories included are a <strong>World Rock Art Archives<\/strong>, a <strong>Film Archive<\/strong>, and <strong>Cave Art: An Intuition of Eternity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/musnaz.org\/search_rock_art_studies_db\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Rock Art Studies: Bibliographic Database<\/strong><\/a> is compiled by Leigh Marymor and hosted by the Museum of Northern Arizona, Flagstaff, AZ. As of May 2018, the database has <strong>37,277 citations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/streetartnews.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Street Art News<\/strong><\/a>, founded in 2009,provides wide coverage on <strong>urban art<\/strong>, includes interviews, exhibitions, videos, and more.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/whc.unesco.org\/en\/rocktart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>UNESCO World Heritage Centre, Rock Art<\/strong><\/a> identifies a number of leaders in rock research and their institutions; includes <strong>interviews<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanmuralfest.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Vancouver Mural Festival<\/strong><\/a> hosts an annual week-long event in August in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood.\u00a0 It began in 2016; check out the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/viewer?mid=1ur3X4PbXsGyg0aKhNNwEq03itN0&amp;ll=49.270335886570784%2C-123.11004439999999&amp;z=14\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mural map<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Most creativity is a transition from one context into another where things are more surprising. There&#8217;s an element of surprise, and especially in science, there is often laughter that goes along with the &#8216;Aha&#8217;. Art also has this element.
