There are two separate workshops on this day.

1. WISE women workshop – the Power of Wisdom

for Females 13 years and up.

In this workshop participants will be introduced to the POWER OF WISDOM: the innate power that every female being has to listen to their intuition and stand up and speak up when faced with intimidation or harassment. Participants will learn to identify their voice of wisdom and assert healthy boundaries with family members, work colleagues and strangers on the street. The strategies offered include assertive body language and verbal skills as well as effective self defense techniques to effectively de-escalate potential violence.

The goal of the workshop is to introduce children to their full power potential, keep them safe from bullies and predators, and give them skills to move into adolescence with safety and confidence.
