Despite confusing measurements taken by the students recently (some plants apparently shrunk), the crops is certainly looking nice and healthy, especially since being spaced out.
The quality and size of the foliage is noticeably better, with much less observation of leaf distortion than a few weeks ago.

Concerning pests, fungus gnats population appears to be stable, but I have noticed a decrease in the whitefly population.

The students are installing the drip irrigation system today, which is going to greatly facilitate the watering actions in the greenhouse. Having every single plants connected to a drip line means when the irrigation is turned on, all plants on one bench are technically receiving the same amount of water.
It’s still important to assess the water needs of the plants every time to decide how long the irrigation needs to run, and for how many intervals.

I have observed that some plants are not properly drench after some watering has been done.
When watering manually, it is important to give the amount of water necessary for the totality of the media in the pot has been drenched. For this to happen, it is sometimes good practice to give a second watering, especially when the media is dry. In that state, the water tends to not penetrate the media as easily as when it is slightly humid
