The sunny weather of the past few weeks allowed us to mostly rely on natural sunlight for the crop,
The overcast weather we’re having this week means the plants would benefit from having additional light, and so we’ve now set up the greenhouse grow lights to turn on from 6AM to 8PM for the time being.
If the forecast is calling for a stretch of sunny days, we will adjust the settings to strictly give the plants additional light in the morning, from 6 to 8 AM, and in the evening from 6 to 8 PM.
Our goal here is to give the plants 14 hours of light.
