Hi, my name is Rebecca Nicklin,
My story: I was born in Kelowna, B.C, I have always enjoyed cooking and baking. At the age of 6 I was making stir fry’s, brownies, banana bread and pancakes with my mom. When I found out that there was a cooking class at my high school I was so excited, I made things such as bread, crackers, and sweet and sour pork. After high school I decided to go to culinary school at VIU in Nanaimo and learn even more about cooking and baking. I currently live in Nanaimo and have just completed my 2 years of culinary arts at VIU. 😁
My hobbies other than cooking/baking include playing the piano, art and hiking.
