My current position at Vancouver Island University is in the Faculty of Management (FOM) where put my advising and coaching skills to use as the Undergraduate Programs Advisor for the BBA and embedded certificate and diploma programs in Business.
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and am also a Narrative Coach – Enhanced Practitioner. In this work, I have assisted many people gain clarity on their aspirations and create the personal developmental changes and skill building necessary to realize them.
