I am an instructor in two postgraduate Geographic Information System (GIS) programs at Vancouver Island University (VIU). In 2005, I helped to start the Advanced Diploma in GIS Applications program, and have taught in the program ever since. More recently, I have started teaching and working with students in the new Master of GIS Applications program.
It is my goal to move back into a more traditional teaching role, helping students learn and master geospatial technologies.
