This podcast was recorded in Fall 2022 when Vicki Nygaard was teaching Sociology of Gender Relations (SOCI 322). We talked about a project her class was working on at the time – the creation of a book on gender. That book, Gender: Reflections and Intersections, has now been published online and is also available for download. Each student had the opportunity to submit at least one original contribution to this collection of essays and artifacts related to gender and gender relations. Class members were also responsible for the work of editing, creating the cover and internal art, photography, planning a celebration event, and assisting with the design and publication of this book.
