If you need assistance with VIULearn, VIUBlogs, of VIUTube, please contact the Centre for Innovation and Excellence in Learning at learnsupport@viu.ca. We are online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and will get back to you as soon as possible.

The UBC servers where VIUTube is hosted will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm on Monday, February 3, 2020 . Users may experience difficulty accessing VIUTube or VIUTube media during this window.

Users can no longer access VIULearn using Internet Explorer. If you are still using Internet Explorer as your primary browser, you will need to download an additional, supported browser in order to access any of your course content on VIULearn. Supported browsers include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera.
