Student Login Issues Resolved

Our apologies for the login issues this morning.  We have resolved the issue and hope that you were not impacted too severely.  The system is functioning normally now.

Student Login Issues

Students are currently experiencing issues logging in to VIULearn.  We are actively working on a solution at this moment.  We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice here when the situation is resolved.

VIULearn Upgrade Window

VIULearn will be offline from 5am-6pm on Monday June 23rd for yearly upgrade work.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  All data and information in the system will still be there after the upgrade and the majority of the tools you use will be the same.  If you have any questions after the upgrade, please email learnsupport@viu.ca or call 250-740-6167.  Thank you!

VIULearn Access Issues

Some users may have difficulty accessing VIULearn today.  Desire2Learn reports that they are having server issues.  We apologize if you are impacted by this event.

Desire2Learn will be performing routine server maintenance on June 8th between 10pm and 4am.  VIULearn may be unavailable for up to ten minutes during this window.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
