IT is currently investigating a challenge with Web services on the server isapp.viu.ca and students.viu.ca. This challenge is preventing all students from accessing anything in their student record.

Until this issue is resolved, faculty, staff, and students will not be able to reset their VIU computer accounts. If you are having difficulty logging in to VIULearn, VIUBlogs, or VIUTube, you will need to wait until these services are restored before you will be able to reset your password.
