VIUTube Service Interruption

VIUTube experienced an issue with new media uploads over the weekend. Media uploaded on Sunday March 21st and the morning of Monday March 22nd may not appear in My Media. Our service provider has investigated and applied a fix to restore service. They are continuing to monitor the system in case of further issues.

New media uploads should be accessible in My Media. As a precaution when uploading media content, please use the Go to Media link and copy your media URL before navigating away. As long as you have the URL for your media, you should be able to view and share as normal. If you uploaded media during that time and do not have the media URL, we recommend re-uploading your media.
