Some users experiencing D2L login issues

The IT department at VIU is in the process of upgrading a major piece of equipment which is intermittently causing authentication issues for users logging into D2L.  If you experience login issues wait 20 to 30 seconds and try again. The issue should resolve itself. If you are still not able to login to Desire2Learn after 30 seconds, exit your internet browser and start a new internet browser session.
