The issue preventing VIUTube uploads from processing has been resolved. However, there is a backlog of videos currently waiting for processing. Users may experience slower than usual processing times through this afternoon and evening.

A problem has been identified which was preventing the processing of some flavours for VIUTube media. This problem has been resolved, but it will take some time for the queue of waiting videos to be processed. If you urgently need access to a video that is stuck in processing, please email learnsupport@viu.ca with the video details. Users may not be able to access high definition flavours of some videos until all processing has completed.
VIUTube users may see internal server errors when trying to access video analytics.
